If you are unable to diagnose a patient online and if you consider a physical examination essential, you can abort the teleconsultation and refer a patient to visit in person.

No. Patient registration is free of cost. However, any services availed through the platform will be chargeable as per the respective product or service provided through healthcare professionals.
Yes. As per the guidelines, the doctor is authorized to charge a fee for a teleconsultation provided.
In case alternative care is not immediately feasible, teleconsultation might be the only way to provide timely care. You may request teleconsultation but cannot insist on advice if the doctor chooses not to reply or give any specific advice. Such services might be limited to first aid, life-saving measures, counselling, and referral advice. However, telemedicine should be avoided for emergency care to the possible extent especially when alternative in-person care is available.
No. Assista does not complete any orders in-house. Assista provides a common platform for patients and healthcare professionals. Each order is transferred to the pharmacy and diagnostic center as per the algorithm.
